Joseph Blalock Design Office has been chosen as the latest logo design showcase on LogoPond, an inspirational gallery of logos by designers around the world. The amount of talent in one place is staggering, so I am honored to be featured for the time being. My showcase features many of my favorite logos designed for my clients, previous design firms I’ve worked for, and a few concepts not sold or in use.
Many thanks go to my clients who put their faith in me to explore their brand identities.

I am honored to announce that 10 of my logos have been selected to appear in the first volume of iheartlogos. These chosen logos are among those selected from various logo designers and firms from around the world. The first volume of iheartlogos book should be hitting the shelves around the end of this year.

I have launched the website for Austin, Texas startup Novopelle. The website was designed around existing graphic standards which were then pushed to work in the online space. Development included a content management system that would allow Novopelle to maintain fresh content.

I am pleased to announce that I am now working with a startup company known as Trophy Hunting Systems that is based in San Antonio and is producing some really exciting products for the hunting industry. I will be developing a complete brand experience for these guys which will include a logo, stationery system, website design, and trade show graphics.
Trophy Hunting Systems will make its debut at the Texas Trophy Hunters Extravaganza in San Antonio on July 9.

In this blog, I will attempt to cover various topics relating to graphic design—specifically logo design, brand identity design, website design, website development, and illustration. I’ll even provide in-depth case studies of the projects that I have worked on to give a sense of how I work and who I’m working with.
